Shipping policy

Tailz currently only ships within Australia.

The free shipping offer only applies to the same city and national shipments and cities only. Free shipping offer means your parcel will be shipped using our standard shipping service options. 

Our parcels are fulfilled and delivered by carbon-neutral Australia Post using land-based courier services.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.

Your order tracking number should be sent to your email within 3-4 business days of placing your order. If your parcel is taking longer than 14 days and the tracking number provided does not give you satisfactory information, please get in touch with support@tailz.com.au and we'll assist in locating your order.
